The UW Health Sports Medicine Center in Madison, Wisconsin offers comprehensive sports medicine services for runners looking to prevent injuries, improve performance or recover from an injury.
About Our Team
UW Health Sports Medicine physicians are the team physicians for the University of Wisconsin men's and women's track and cross country teams, and have extensive experience providing medical coverage to the Madison Marathon. We have worked with more runners across all ages and levels than anyone else in the region.
Since March 2005, we have seen more than 3,000 runners in our Sports Medicine Clinic and worked with hundreds of others across a range of other programs and services.
