Sports Performance Training (starting June 16): UW Health Sports Rehabilitation is offering a unique summer program to help 12- to 18-year-old athletes develop more power to run faster, jump higher and change directions with speed. Register online
Managing Performance Anxiety in Teen Athletes (July 21 and 28): UW Health sports psychologist Shilagh Mirgain, PhD, leads a two-week group that helps athletes learn mind-body skills to help manage anxiety during sporting events and learn what to do if anxiety is interfering with performance. About Sports Medicine Staff
Our physicians are the team physicians for the UW Badgers, and our physicians and staff provide sports medicine services to athletes of all ages and abilities and across a number of sports.

As dedicated providers in the field of sports medicine, we understand the demands placed on athletes, and we have the skill and expertise to optimize performance. Our priority to each athlete we serve is to create a customized plan that addresses each athlete's goals and priorities, as well as their level of performance.
