Sports Medicine Fitness Center Hours and Fees
The UW Health Sports Medicine Fitness Center in Madison, Wisconsin offers a wide range of exercise/physical activity options.
Monday-Thursday: 5:45am-10pm
Friday: 5:45am-8pm
Saturday: 8am-5pm
Sunday: 11am-5pm
The initial fitness evaluation fee is $150 and includes the fitness evaluation, exercise prescription and consultation and one month unlimited use of the Fitness Center and lap pool (warm water pool subject to availability).
All Fitness Center memberships include full access to the staff at no additional cost. The staff is available to consult with members for many reasons: exercise program assessment, program design changes, instruction of new exercises, risk factor modification, etc.
After one month, members are welcome to extend their membership with any of the following options. Unity fees are available only to members of Unity Health Plan.
Group Health Cooperative offers a 10 percent discount on a one-year membership to its members. UW Hospital and Clinics employees are eligible for a 20 percent discount from the regular member fees.
