UW Health Sports Rehabilitation at Princeton Club East combines the expertise of UW Health rehabilitation staff with the Princeton Club's spacious, state-of-the-art fitness facilities.
Our staff takes a multidisciplinary approach to treating musculoskeletal pain and injury. Rehabilitation specialists in musculoskeletal orthopedic rehabilitation, spine therapy, pain management, pelvic pain, incontinence, bariatric rehabilitation, hand therapy and lymphedema are available to evaluate your condition and chart the proper rehabilitation course.
Services include:
  • Complete evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions
  • Evaluation and treatment as a component of an interdisciplinary pain program
  • Evaluation and treatment of sports-related musculoskeletal injuries
  • Upper extremity and hand therapy, including management of lymphedema (swelling in arms following breast cancer)
  • Evaluation and treatment of incontinence conditions and pelvic pain, including including exercise, manual therapy, behavior modification and biofeedback training

UW Health Sports Rehabilitation at Princeton Club West combines the expertise of UW Health Sports Medicine staff with the Princeton Club's spacious, state-of-the-art fitness facilities.

Our staff of physical therapists and athletic trainers is skilled in rehabilitating orthopedic injuries sustained by competitive and recreational athletes. Because we are part of UW Health Sports Medicine, our staff works with physicians, exercise physiologists, nutritionists and massage therapists to bring you the best health care possible.
Common sports injuries we treat include:

Our Sports Rehabilitation at Research Park treatment regimen begins with a comprehensive physical evaluation and a detailed assessment of your injury. You will work with a physical therapist and athletic trainer who will design a rehabilitation program to fit your specific needs and goals.

In addition to the rehabilitation program we develop, your treatment program will include exercises to help you reduce the likelihood for re-injury when you resume your favorite sport.
