MADISON - UW Health is dedicated to developing and maintaining strong working relationships with referring health care professionals and to making the referral process as efficient as possible.

Sandhya Garg, MD, general internist and regional medical director for UW Health, is committed to continuing to improve the referral process with regional physicians and health care systems in Wisconsin and beyond.

We recognize the importance of the relationship that you have with your patient and honor that relationship by providing the best possible care and keeping you apprised of our progress.

Dr. Garg's focus as regional medical director is to meet with physicians and staff at health systems in the community and ensure that we are providing quality care and good communication with referring physicians and their health care systems.

As part of the regional outreach team, Dr. Garg works closely with Lori Klitzke, povider rlations cordinator, and the physician liaison group.
