Strawberry Dessert Soup

Simple and sweet. So refreshing after a big meal.


Serves 4



  • 3 cups fresh strawberries
  • 3/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup Splenda or additional sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice



  1. Combine all ingredients in a small food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and add additional sugar if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
