Strawberry Dessert Soup

Simple and sweet. So refreshing after a big meal.




3 cups fresh strawberries

3/4 cup white wine

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup Splenda or additional sugar

2 teaspoons lemon juice



Combine all ingredients in a small food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and add additional sugar if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
