Sesame Beef Recipe

In Cooking Outside the Box, Chef John prepares a healthy take on a delicious Asian-inspired meal - Sesame Beef.
Ingredients
1 lb beef sliced
2 cups broccoli
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons corn starch
¼ cup soy
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon fresh ginger diced
1 green onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

Toss beef in cornstarch and let sit for 5 minutes. Heat a wok or skillet over high heat, add oil, garlic and ginger stir fry for 1 minute, add beef. Cook until desired doneness, remove beef from pan and set aside. Add broccoli and cook until bright green, add beef, soy sauce and green onion. Toss and serve over rice.
