Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe

Homemade Salad Dressings (pdf)


  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar seedless raspberry jam
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt



Combine all ingredients in the container of a blender or whisk until smooth. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. Shake well before serving.


Makes 2-1/2 cups but recipe can be cut in half.
