½ tsp Fresh oregano, leaves removed from stems

Red pepper flakes to taste (optional)

½ cup 2% milk

1 lb Rotini noodles, cooked

A Few Notes on Preparation

Corn starch added to the beef during cooking will help brown the beef.

Directions

Heat pan on high heat. Add 2 oz olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add onion first and then add the garlic. Stir and cook until onion is translucent. Add ground beef. Add 1/4 cup corn starch. Mix. Then add the green peppers. Add tomatoes. Next add the herbs. Add a dash of salt. Add red pepper flakes if desired. Stir. Add the milk and next added the cooked noodles. Continue stirring. Add a few dashes of black pepper before serving.

Spoon mixture into dish and serve.
