Easy Baked Squash


  • One winter squash, about 1¼ pound
  • 4 tsp whipped butter
  • Black pepper


  • Cut squash in half, clean out seeds
  • Brush cut surface with whipped butter
  • Put cut side down in glass baking dish
  • Microwave 6-7 minutes or until tender
  • Season with pepper or other seasoning of choice
