Easy Baked Squash
Ingredients
- One winter squash, about 1¼ pound
- 4 tsp whipped butter
- Black pepper
Directions
- Cut squash in half, clean out seeds
- Brush cut surface with whipped butter
- Put cut side down in glass baking dish
- Microwave 6-7 minutes or until tender
- Season with pepper or other seasoning of choice
