Ingredients
- 1 bunch collard greens
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tbs olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash the greens. Cut the stems off, roll the leaves tightly and slice very thinly.
- In a hot pan add oil and onion, cook for 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook until lightly brown.
- Add greens and cook for 5 minutes.
