Couve

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch collard greens
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the greens. Cut the stems off, roll the leaves tightly and slice very thinly.

  2. In a hot pan add oil and onion, cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Add garlic and cook until lightly brown.

  4. Add greens and cook for 5 minutes.
