Acorn Squash Recipe
Ingredients
- Acorn squash
- Fresh pears, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon dried cranberries/cherries
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- Brown sugar
Directions
You do not need to peel the squash. Cut it in half crosswise and scoop out the seeds/fibers. Fill the hollow with a mixture of fresh chopped pear, dried cranberries/cherries, cinnamon, butter, and brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until tender.
