Dijon-Dill Salmon Filets

Salmon Filets

Serves 4

 

 

Ingredients

  • Four 4 oz salmon fillets, thawed
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tsp dried dill or 4 tbs fresh dill

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place salmon filets in baking dish
  3. Cover each filet with 1 tsp mustard and 1 tsp dried dill or 1 tbs fresh dill
  4. Bake for 20 minutes
