Baked Winter Squash

Ingredients

  • One winter squash, about 1¼ pound
  • 4 tsp whipped butter
  • Black pepper

Directions

  1. Cut squash in half, clean out seeds
  2. Brush cut surface with whipped butter
  3. Put cut side down in glass baking dish
  4. Microwave 6-7 minutes or until tender
  5. Season with pepper or other seasoning of choice
