Sports Medicine Surgical Quality Data: Loose Body (Tissue) Removal
The data below is a summary of patients who underwent surgery for loose body (tissue) removal at the UW Health Sports Medicine Center in 2007 and 2008.
Scores are taken from the SF-12 v2 Health Survey, a one-page questionnaire given to patients to measure health outcomes. The SF-12 v2.0 measures two summary measures and eight specific domains of health. The eight domains and their corresponding definitions are portrayed below.
A higher score indicates better health, while a lower score indicates poorer health.

Social Function: The level of interference with social activities you experience due to physical or emotional problems.
Role Emotional: Problems you experience with work or daily activities as a result of emotional problems.
Mental Health: The extent to which nervousness or happiness affect you all of the time.
