We survey our patients on a regular basis and use their feedback to improve our services. We've seen these efforts reflected in higher satisfaction scores, especially among hospitalized pediatric patients. Overall pediatric inpatient satisfaction scores, as well as equivalent "likelihood of recommending" scores, have performed at, or exceeded, comparative benchmark levels over the past three years (see chart above).
