Benchmark: All Hospitals in Press-Ganey Database

We survey our patients on a regular basis and use their feedback to improve our services. We've seen these efforts reflected in higher satisfaction scores, especially among hospitalized adult patients. Overall adult inpatient satisfaction ratings have remained above benchmark levels (i.e., when compared to our peer group) over the past three years. UW Hospital and Clinics also scores well when patients are asked to assess the "likelihood of recommending" the hospital to others (see chart above).
