Parent Advisory Group Seeks Your Input

The Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Department would like all parents to know that we value your input and feedback. We encourage parents and our patients over 18 to consider becoming a member of our parent advisory group.

 

The Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Advisory Group (PHOAG) meets quarterly at American Family Children's Hospital. Our meetings are an opportunity for you to meet other parents, advise hospital staff on issues of importance in the care of your children, and be a part of some great sharing.

 

Some parents come to all meetings; some come to only a few. Regardless of how many meetings you can come to, we encourage you to sign up to stay in contact and be a part of the group - as little or as much as you can.

 

There are no requirements other than to send an e-mail or call us stating that you wish to be a part of PHOAG. For questions or to sign up to be a part of PHOAG, contact:
