Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout UW Hospital and American Family Children's Hospital as a complimentary service for patients, families and visitors.

 

Wireless service is available in the following locations:

  • Lobbies and dining areas 
  • Patient and family waiting areas and lounges 
  • Inpatient rooms

To use this wireless service, select "Free WiFi UWHealth" in your View Available Wireless Networks list (Windows users) or AirPort Express (Mac users). For other devices, configure the Network SSID to be "Free WiFi UWHealth" in the same manor that you would at your other wireless hotspots.

Please secure your equipment at all times, as UW Hospital and Clinics and American Family Children's Hospital cannot be responsible for lost or stolen personal property.
