If you or your family needs help finding a place to stay in Madison while receiving medical care at UW Hospital and Clinics, please contact the UW Hospital and Clinics housing coordinator at (608) 263-0315 from 7:30am to 4pm, or stop by the hospital's main information desk on the second floor between 7:30am and 9pm daily.
 
Our staff can help you locate affordable accommodations nearby and special rates are available when reservations are made by housing coordinator staff.

The Madison area boasts a number of fine hotels within easy driving and walking distance of UW Hospital and Clinics. Ronald McDonald House

The Ronald McDonald House is a "home away from home" for families whose children are undergoing treatment for serious illness or injury at Madison health care facilities.
 
Located at 2716 Marshall Court in Madison (within walking distance of UW Hospital and Clinics), the Ronald McDonald House has 18 bedrooms, a kitchen, a 28-person dining room, living rooms, a laundry room, a computer room with Internet access and play and game rooms.
 
Families are asked to pay $10 per night and may check-in any time between 8am and 8pm daily. The House is accessible to families 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Restoring Hope Transplant House (to open soon)
 
Restoring Hope Transplant HouseRestoring Hope Transplant House will be a "home away from home" for patients who are in the Madison area for organ, bone marrow or other transplants.
 
In addition to physical housing, the house offers hospitality, compassion and hope to support the healing journey for the patient and family. The support is provided by a small core staff, many volunteers and through interaction between other families facing the same challenges.
