Navigating UW Hospital and Clinics
To find a destination inside UW Hospital and Clinics or the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center, please observe the following general wayfinding guidelines. For directions and information for the American Family Children's Hospital, please see Directions and Finding Your Way

Main Street Destinations and Inpatient Units
Follow the flooring known as Main Street on the second floor (the floor on which you enter from the parking ramp) to the correct elevator lobby, then take the elevator to your desired floor and follow signs to your destination.

, which is also available at the hospital's information center, the elevator banks are in alphabetical order from B at the south end to K at the north end of the building.
Follow Main Street on the second floor to the clinics lobby. From the clinics lobby, follow signs directing you into the Atrium. Once inside the Atrium, follow signs for your destination. The Atrium elevators are at the back.
UW Health Navigator
If you have a smartphone or tablet, try UW Health Navigator. This free app uses WiFi to determine the user's location, then provides directions to any selected public destination. Users also can choose to find the closest of a certain type of facility, such as a restroom. Learn more about UW Health Navigator
