National Cancer Institute
 
The National Cancer Institute is the US government's primary organization dedicated to cancer research and a source for extensive information related to cancer and survivorship issues. 
 
Oncofertility Consortium
 
The Oncofertility Consortium began at Northwestern University. Their website provides extensive information related to fertility issues in current and former cancer patients.
