Prevention of cancer can start at any time in your lifetime, even after a cancer diagnosis. Researchers now know that a healthful diet and regular exercise can reduce risk of developing many diseases, including cancer, throughout our lifetime, and reduce risk of cancer recurrence after diagnosis.

Most research confirms that individuals who frequently consume a healthful diet, including a high intake of a variety of fruits and vegetables, have the greatest reduction in cancer risk. This means it is important to include good nutrients in your diet every day.

The following recipes feature ingredients with known cancer fighting properties and can help you enjoy a delicious and healthful diet.
