UW Health rehabilitation specialist works with patientThe Adult Neurological Therapy Clinic is a multi-disciplinary team of therapists providing comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services.
Our staff includes occupational therapists, physical therapists and speech language pathologists and offers a full spectrum of therapy to adults with disorders and diseases including stroke, traumatic brain injury, cognitive disorders and many more.
Personalized care plans grow from our comprehensive evaluations and seek to restore patients to an optimum level of functioning.
