e-Cards are delivered to patients at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics and the American Family Children's Hospital within one or two business days by UW Hospital and Clinics volunteers.
Delivery Guidelines
- e-Cards submitted later in the day will be delivered the following day
- e-Cards submitted on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday
- e-Cards will not be printed/delivered for patients who have left UW Hospital and Clinics or American Family Children's Hospital. To verify whether a patient is still in the hospital, please call (608) 263-6400 (main) or (800) 323-8942 (toll-free).
Please provide the correct spelling of the patient's first and last names so that we may accurately identify the patient and deliver the card.
