Total Control Program

UW Health obstetricians/gynecologists provide a broad range of basic and specialized medical and surgical services, ranging from primary gynecologic health care - health maintenance examinations, diagnosis and treatment of minor disorders of the female reproductive system - to advanced techniques in diagnosing and treating infertility problems and treating malignancies of the female genital tract.

General obstetrical care is available for both normal and high-risk pregnancies. Prenatal diagnosis of fetal disorders, including chorionic villi sampling (CVS) and genetic amniocentesis, are available also.

We serve as consultants, offering pre-conception counseling and screening, contraceptive counseling and management, infertility evaluation and treatment and obstetrical consultative services.

In this role, we often establish gratifying, long-term relationships with both patients and referring physicians - relationships based on trust, collegial desires to provide the best possible care to each patient and satisfaction with the care provided.
