What Are Super Foods?
Health professionals, the media and food companies all use the term "super foods." But, there is no legal or scientific definition of what a super food is.
We consider foods that are very high in nutrients, beyond carbohydrates, fats and proteins, to be super foods. In general, all unprocessed fruits, vegetables and beans can be considered super foods.
