Tuna or Turkey Casserole
2 cans-7oz tuna or 2 cups cooked turkey, cut-up
1 ½ cups cooked macaroni
½ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped green pepper
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
10 oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower, partial thawed
½ cup chicken broth or bouillon
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, stir well. Cover and cook on low setting 5 to 6 hours or on high 2 to 3 hours.
