Texas Hash
2 #’s ground beef, browned and drained
2 medium onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 cans (16 oz.) tomatoes
1 ½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt (or less if desired)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup rice, uncooked
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
