Roast Chicken

3-4 #’s roasting chicken
Salt and pepper
Parsley, dried or chopped
Basil
Non stick butter flavored cooking spray
 
Remove fat and most of skin from chicken, wash and pat dry. Season cavity of chicken and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with parsley and basil. Cover and cook on high 1 hour, turn to low and cook 8-10 hours.
