Nutrition and Eating Disorders

The registered dietitians at UW Health can provide counseling to individuals who want to develop a healthier relationship with food, safely gain or lose weight, separate food myths from food facts, and learn the basics of good nutrition.
Please note, nutritional counseling alone will not provide a cure. Psychological counseling also might be a necessary part of your eating disorder treatment.
