Chicken and Rice Casserole

1 can reduced fat cream of celery soup
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, undrained
½ cup raw rice
2 chicken breast halves (skinned & boned)
1 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
Combine soup, mushrooms and rice in slow cooker that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
