Leads 1,900 FTEs in inpatient and ambulatory care nursing, surgical services, respiratory care, clinical nutrition, social work, spiritual care and infection control practices.
Previous Experience
Prior to serving as the Senior Vice President Patient Care Services, Chief Nursing Officer, Beth served as the Senior Vice President Patient Care Services, Chief Nursing Officer for Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, having administrative oversight for the clinical, operational and financial leadership for nursing and clinical services for the health system.
She also served as the Clinical Director for the Family Care Center, the University of Iowa's Hospitals and Clinics on-campus primary care clinics, including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Family Practice Clinics.
