Madison, Wisconsin - The new UW Health DeForest-Windsor Clinic opened for patient care Monday, June 13.

The state-of-the-art health care facility at 4131 Meridian Drive in Windsor consolidates two previous clinics in DeForest and Waunakee. The expansive new building will offer:

  • Family Medicine primary care providers
  • Laboratory
  • X-ray
  • Mammography
  • Health and nutrition education including group classes.

Physicians at the new clinic include Dr. Robert Gage, Dr. Jennie Hounshell, Dr. Zinije Jonuzi, Dr. Peter Pickhardt, Dr. David Ringdahl and Dr. Robyn Titel. Dr. Jacqueline Gerhart will start August 15 and specialize in both family medicine and obstetrics.

The clinic is also staffed by certified physician assistants Jeffery Fischer, Nancy Platta and Lisa Simpson.

"We will provide the same great care, with the same great staff, at this beautiful new location," said clinic manager Trina Copus.

The UW Health DeForest-Windsor Clinic will merge the resources of the Waunakee and DeForest clinics.

"The physicians and staff at the UW Health DeForest and Waunakee clinics are excited to join their practices and to continue to provide the same dedicated services to our patients and communities as we have done for the past 30 years," said Dr. Ringdahl. "We look forward to sharing the new space with our patients and friends."

Patients with urgent medical needs during the move can receive assistance by calling (608) 846-3741, also the clinic's main phone number.
