Sauk City, Wis. - Unity Health Insurance, a part of UW Health and a leader in quality customer service and wellness programs, received another national top 50 health plan ranking for HMO and point-of-service products, according to NCQA's Private Health Insurance Plan Rankings, 2011-2012.

"It's truly an honor to be recognized as one of the nation's highest-rated health insurance plans again this year," said Terry Bolz, president and CEO of Unity Health Insurance. "Our integration with UW Health as well as our dedication to our members is displayed through this ongoing recognition."

In Wisconsin, Unity is one of the top three health plans receiving high marks for prevention and treatment as well as members' overall experience with the health insurance plan. As an example, Unity received a four out of five for consumer satisfaction.

This is the seventh straight year that NCQA has ranked Unity Health Insurance as one of the highest-rated health insurance plans in the nation, according to U.S. News/NCQA America's Best Health Insurance Plans - 2005-2009 (annual) and NCQA's Health Insurance Plan Rankings 2010-11, Private and 2011-12, Private.
