Aquatic Center swimmersMADISON - UW Health Sports Medicine is offering free class drop-in sessions for people wondering whether a certain class is right for their fitness goals. The UW Health Sports Medicine Fitness Center offers a variety of classes for everyone, from beginners to elite athletes.
 
Not sure which class is right for you? Drop in and try one or more of these free classes.
 
The free drop-ins are being offered at the Sports Medicine Center at the UW Health Research Park Clinic from August 18-22. Please see the schedule below to learn more about the classes and times. No registration is needed for the drop-in classes, but registration is required for the A-B-C Express Mini-Class (see details below).
 
 
Fall class sessions begin September 8. All classes are open to the public, and open registration begins August 18. For more information on our fall class offerings, please refer to our Fitness Center Exercise Classes section.

A-B-C Express Free Mini-Class
 
woman using an exercise ball; A-B-C Express free mini-class, UW Health Sports MedicineThis 45-minute class is designed as a quick workout by using a variety of props and body weight. Join us for this introductory class in the Large Aerobics Room at the UW Health Research Park Clinic. These free mini-classes will be held from 7:15-8am on the following Wednesdays:
  • August 6
  • August 13
  • August 20
The "A-B-C's" of this course include:
  • Agility drills, cones, hurdles, etc.
  • Balance, exercise balls, body weight, bands, etc.
  • Core exercises, med balls, etc.
