Sports Medicine Center exercise classMADISON - UW Health Sports Medicine is offering free class drop-in sessions for people wondering whether a certain class is right for their fitness goals. The UW Health Sports Medicine Fitness Center offers a variety of classes for everyone, from beginners to elite athletes.
 
Not sure which class is right for you? Drop in and try one or more of these free classes.
 
The free drop-ins are being offered at the Sports Medicine Center at the UW Health Research Park Clinic from August 17-21. Please see the schedule below to learn more about the classes and times. No registration is needed for the drop-in classes.
 
Fall Class Registration
 
Fall class sessions will soon be underway. All classes are open to the public, and open registration begins August 17. Early registration (re-enrollment in current classes) begins August 10 and preferred registration (for current class participants and Fitness Center members) is August 14-16.
