Expanding the Reach of Quality Care in Johnson Creek and Watertown Areas

Shopping options in the Johnson Creek area just got better - for cardiac surgery with excellent outcomes, that is.
University of Wisconsin cardiothoracic surgeons Dr. Niloo Edwards and Dr. Lucian Lozonschi are now providing consultation services for heart and lung surgery patients at the UW Health Partners Johnson Creek Clinic.
Edwards and Lozonschi are skilled providers of surgical treatments for heart and lung disease, from bypass surgery and heart and lung transplants to heart valve repair and replacement.
The addition of this UW Health outreach clinic expands and complements the full range of heart care provided by UW Health in the Johnson Creek area. UW Health already provides heart and vascular services in communities like Beaver Dam, Fort Atkinson and Watertown. The clinic is designed to offer convenient access for patients seeking a second opinion and the reassurance that accompanies UW Health's diagnosis and care.
UW Health Partners Johnson Creek Clinic is now scheduling appointments at (920) 699-6200.
Meanwhile, a new world-class surgeon has your back for spinal surgery in the Watertown area. UW Health spine surgeon Dr. Thomas Zdeblick now provides consultation services and outpatient surgery at Watertown Regional Medical Center (WRMC) in Watertown.
Zdeblick will evaluate and screen patients with spinal disorders, including degenerative disc disease, herniated discs and spinal tumors. In addition; he will perform outpatient microdiscectomies (using a microscope to remove part or most of a vertebral disc) at the WRMC. Patients who need more complex inpatient surgery will be seen at UW Hospital and Clinics.
The addition of this spine service expands the range of services offered in Dodge and Jefferson Counties through the UW Health and Watertown Regional Medical Center affiliation.
Zdeblick will see patients referred by primary care physicians and those looking for a second opinion and the advanced expertise of UW Health's spine specialists.
Appointments can be made by calling (920) 262-4718.
