Heading out

The big day is here and I am leaving in a few short hours!
I am very excited about returning to Africa and getting a chance to teach and work in a ER that will be very different from what I am use to. The flight I know will be long, about 27 hours, but it is shorter then the 39 hours I had coming back last time.
