Dottie Donor Dot Trains for Mascots on a Mission

MADISON - Have you ever thought that you attended the weirdest seminar or training session in the world? Well, that was nothing compared to what Dottie Donor Dot, Wisconsin's organ donation mascot, is about to do.

Dottie and her friends Morgan D'Organ, Donorsaur, Heartman and Honey Bee are all in training to become the best organ donation mascots ever.

You can watch their Mascots on a Mission training sessions, and follow the weird and wacky outcomes by going to www.mascotmission.com. The site includes an introductory

video, and the opportunity to "fan" the Mission on Facebook and follow them on Twitter and YouTube. More videos will be posted as their training unfolds.

Dottie's Busy Year

Dottie has a very busy year coming up with the new Wisconsin Donor Registry opening in April, the 2010 National Kidney Foundation US Transplant Games coming to Madison in July and her always busy event appearance schedule, well, let's just say Dottie will be traveling a lot.

You can learn more about Dottie at: uwhealth.org/dottiedot. If you're not already a fan of Dottie Donor Dot, follow her adventures on Facebook.

Dottie thanks you for your support!
