Chicken/Turkey Tettrazini

6 – 7 oz. thin spaghetti
¼ cup chopped onion sautéed in ½ tsp. olive or canola oil
1 cup skim milk
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules 
½ - ¾ cup skim milk (may increase if mixture seems too thick)
½ cup low-fat cheese, shredded
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained and chopped
1½ - 2 cups cooked chicken/turkey, cut in pieces
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
¼ cup green or red peppers, chopped
¼ cup pimento, chopped
1 ½ Tbsp. cornstarch
Cook spaghetti according to package direction. Mix remaining 10 ingredients with cooked spaghetti. Stir to distribute ingredients throughout. Pour into casserole dish and top with dry bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until heated through.
