Andy North and Friends Golf Benefit for Cancer Research

Tom Watson and Andy North; Andy North and Friends Golf BenefitMADISON - Two champion golfers, an award-winning golf course and one of the nation's premier waterpark resorts have teamed together in the fight against cancer.
 
 
Trappers Turn Golf Club and Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells will host the first-ever Andy North and Friends Golf Weekend June 6 – 8 to benefit the UW Carbone Cancer Center.

"We are excited to make this an annual event and are pleased to be able to partner with such an outstanding organization in order to benefit cancer research," said Andy North, two-time U.S. Open Champion and golf commentator for ABC and ESPN, who will be joined by special guest Tom Watson, World Golf Hall of Famer, and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

As part of this experience, golfers will enjoy a weekend getaway package that includes two rounds at Trappers Turn, a dinner party with Andy North and Tom Watson, a golf clinic given by Andy and Tom, continental breakfast and hors d'oeuvres reception, and much more.
 
Golfers will also receive a two-night stay at Kalahari Resort making this event great for the entire family. The cost is $2,000 per golfer and the event is limited to 108 golfers.

A dinner only ticket for Sunday, June 7 will also be available for $125. The evening, hosted by Andy North and Tom Watson, includes a cocktail reception, a gourmet meal and live auction, including two 2010 U.S. Open tickets to Pebble Beach. The evening will end with a musical tribute to Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, featuring Joe Scalissi and the Dry Martinis.
