Memory Assessment and Treatment
Since 1990, the UW Health Memory Assessment Clinic has provided patients and their families with access to state-of-the-art diagnosis, treatment and social work services.
Additionally, the clinic is associated with a nationally recognized memory research program, opening the door to patient opportunities for participation in ongoing studies.
The assessment team consists of a board certified geriatrician, a neuropsychologist and a social worker.
