UW Health is the academic health system that includes University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, the University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation and the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
 
At UW Health, we try to make the billing process as simple as possible. For those charges not covered by insurance, we accept cash, personal or cashier's checks, and Visa and Mastercard.
 
Online Payments

For your convenience, you can also pay your UW Health bills online by accessing our Bill Pay tool. Simply complete the form and enter your credit card information to pay your UW Health bills.

  • UW Medical Foundation billing questions (for account numbers that start with P): 608-829-5217 or toll-free 877-565-0505
  • UW Hospital and Clinics billing questions (for account numbers that start with H): 608-262-2221 or toll-free 866-841-8535
The call center accepts calls 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
 
You can also submit your billing questions online. A billing representative will receive your inquiry and call you back at your convenience.
