Friends of University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics is a non-profit organization that funds programs and services to improve the lives of the patients and families we serve and support special health-related needs in Dane County.

Financial donations are used to support programs and services that directly benefit patients and their families such as Wigs for Patients, Integrative Medicine, the Pediatric Fitness Initiative, CARE channel, Love Lights, Healing Images for Children and much more.

 

Gail and Gordon Derzon Endowment Fund for Patient Assistance

 

Established in honor of Gordon Derzon, former UW Hospital and Clinics president and CEO, funds are used to help needy patients with expenses such as transportation, medications, lodging, meals and other needs that may arise. Friends of UW Hospital and Clinics is the largest donor to this fund.
