Transformations Surgery Center, Inc.

Transformations Surgery Center, Inc., located on the far west side of Madison in Middleton, Wisconsin, has private pre-op admission rooms and patient care recovery areas. We are also equipped with fully-furnished operating room suites with state-of-the-art monitoring equipment, surgical technology and comfort-lending anesthesia.

Our warm environment and personal service help put patients at ease, as does our excellent record of safety and successful surgical outcomes. We have a patient waiting area that provides coffee and tea for patient family members and friends.

Transformations Surgery Center, Inc., is a joint venture of the University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation, Inc., and Meriter Hospital, Inc., with both owners setting high standards for patient care and safety in Wisconsin’s greater Madison area.
