Permanent cosmetics (or permanent makeup) is an aesthetic service available from Jeune Skin Care at UW Health Transformations in Madison, Wisconsin.

Permanent Cosmetics Services and Pricing
 
With permanent cosmetics (permanent makeup), it is possible to enhance the eyes with soft, natural eyeliner or fill in the brows with tri-dimensional hair simulation. Permanent makeup also allows for full, rich lip color or a soft, natural lip color enhancement. Permanent cosmetics is also used for corrective pigment camouflage. This is performed on scars, birthmarks and useful for burn survivors and cancer patients.
 
Permanent cosmetic services available at UW Health Transformations include:
  • Eyebrows: $400
     
  • Full Eyeliner: $450
     
  • Lash Enhancement: $250 (upper)
     
  • Eyeliner and Eyebrows: $850
     
  • Upper Eyeliner: $250
     
  • Lower Eyeliner: $250
     
  • Lip Liner: $400
     
  • Lip Liner and Full Lip Color: $600
     
  • Breast Areola Repigmentation: Insurance may cover costs post-mastectomy; cosmetic areola repigmentation is $900

* Prices include color refresher for the first six months
