Your Work/Life Balance at UW Medical Foundation
Paid Time Off
Sometimes our work/life balance becomes not so balanced after all. We all need time for renewal, relaxation and time commitments away from work, which is why we reward you with a generous allotment of paid time off. As a full-time employee, you will earn up to 17 days off during the first year of employment. If you work part-time, your time off will be prorated. We also provide paid time for jury duty, bereavement and voting.
Enjoy additional time for eight recognized holidays - it's on us!
Take a day on us to cherish the new source of brightness in your life. They grow up before you know it!
