University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation — often referred to as UW Health Physicians — is part of a unique health care system that combines the best of academic and community health care for patients around the state and around the world. We work in partnership with the UW School of Medicine and Public Health and UW Hospital and Clinics to form the greater UW Health, providing clinical sites for patient care and teaching, and offering primary care and specialty services throughout Wisconsin.
