UW Hospital and Clinics is a 566-bed tertiary care facility and is Wisconsin's only integrated adult, pediatric and burn care ACS-verified Level One Trauma Center. UW Hospital and Clinics is one of the nation's leading hospitals, educational institutions and regional referral centers.
UW Hospital and Clinics has more than 80 outpatient clinics and an outpatient surgery center at various locations throughout the Madison area. The ambulatory clinics offer patients the highest quality primary and specialty care in a compassionate and patient- and family-centered environment.
In addition to the UW Hospital and Clinics ambulatory clinics, UW Health's 1 South Park facility features a radiology program that supports the satellite clinics and all of UW Health's specialty clinics. Radiology professionals at the 1 South Park facility perform general X-ray, magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance angiography procedures, fluoroscopy, bone density testing and mammography, including stereotactic procedures in support of breast care services.
